Plus party and Blink magazine launch comp

The unique design-led international festival PLUS is back to showcase all that is innovative, pioneering and novel in the world of international design, and will hit Birmingham’s Wild Building in Digbeth from 17-21 October 2007.

Fused readers can win a pair of tickets for The Design Tour of Digbeth, a fascinating exploration of the area that highlights how a walk through the humblest back street can yield fascinating examples of type forms and art, and one of five pairs of VIP tickets to the Plus International Festival party that takes place on Friday 19 October. The party also marks the launch of BLINK, our sister publication that will focus on fashion, design, interiors, architecture and art.

The Wild Building will live up to its name with Gigbeth live acts Poppy and the Jezebels, Murdoch and Bang Bang DJs performing and complimentary drinks courtesy of French vodka, Ciroc and Tiger Beer.

Revellers will also enjoy a game of live Pac Man and an underground art battle, Secret Wars. Described as a ‘war between artists’ Secret Wars is a competition between a group of graffiti artists that compete against each other to produce the best artwork, with only a black marker pen as their defense.
